EMPLOYEES FIRST, CUSTOMERS SECOND to be Published by Harvard Business Press
Vineet Nayar, CEO of HCL Technologies, in collaboration with the The Butman Company, will publish his first book, Employees First, Customers Second, with Harvard Business Press. Employees First, Customers Second examines how Nayar turned HCL’s management structure upside down when he made management accountable to employees—a vision that has been heralded by Fortune editor David Kirkpatrick as “the future of management.” Publication in spring 2010.
