MASTERING THE VC GAME To Be Published by Portfolio

Jeffrey Bussgang, general partner of Flybridge Capital Partners, in collaboration with The Butman Company and Todd Shuster of ZSH Literary, has successfully placed a new work of non-fiction with Portfolio, the business imprint of The Penguin Group. Mastering the VC Game will draw on Mr. Bussgang’s extensive experience as one of the few who have made successful careers as both an entrepreneur and a venture capitalist. The book will explore the most intriguing aspects of creating and managing a start-up business: the pitch, the deal flow, picking partners, working with the board, and cashing out. Publication is set for spring 2010.
